This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Peace of Quality Cleaning ("Company") and the Client ("Customer") to define the terms, expectations, and policies related to the provision of professional cleaning services.

1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as scheduled and described at the time of booking. Services include, but are not limited to: Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out Clean, Airbnb Turnovers, and Commercial Cleaning. The specific service and rate will be confirmed in advance and may vary based on the condition, size, or needs of the property.

2. Payment Terms
The Customer authorizes the Company to process full payment one (1) hour prior to the scheduled appointment using the payment method provided at booking. If payment cannot be processed, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the Company’s discretion.

3. Cancellation, Late Access, and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a $35 cancellation fee.
• If the Company arrives and is unable to access the property due to a no-show or locked entry, the full cost of service will be charged as the cleaner’s time was reserved.
• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or denied access on the day of service.

4. Walk-Through and Satisfaction Policy
At the conclusion of each service, the Customer will be invited to walk through the property with the cleaner to inspect the work and confirm satisfaction.

• If the Customer completes a walkthrough and approves the service, this is considered final approval and any requests for reclean or refund will be declined.
• If a walkthrough is not completed, the Customer has 24 hours from service completion to notify the Company of any concerns. A complimentary reclean may be offered, to be completed within 48 hours.
• If a reclean is declined, or if the Company is unable to schedule it, a partial or full refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.

5. Liability and Insurance
Peace of Quality Cleaning is insured with general liability coverage. Any damage or accidents must be reported within 24 hours of the service. The Company will address verified claims in accordance with its insurance policy. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

6. Entry and Access
The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include providing door codes, keys, or remote access instructions. Peace of Quality Cleaning is not liable for incomplete services due to lack of entry access.

7. Pets and Safety Hazards
The Customer agrees to disclose all pets and any known hazards (such as loose flooring, aggressive animals, biohazards, etc.). The Company reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe.

8. Agreement Updates
Peace of Quality Cleaning may revise this agreement at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website. Booking or continuing services implies agreement with the most current terms.
